OUR STORY

Our beautiful story started in a small village called Grassano, Italy 1950.
Fay would start her long journey from Grassano via Naples by boat for 30 days to the port of Melbourne, Australia. From there, she travelled to the village of Burringbar in Northern NSW to reside. This is where we call home to our family farm and Forno Grasso.
Today our farm is used to grow produce which we use in our fresh pasta sauces. Our farms free range chickens help create our beautiful artisan pasta.
We pride ourselves on our province and using local produce where we can. All our pasta creations are made by hand from start to finish.
Enjoy the hand made difference.
